How do I make a reservation?
How does worldwide transportation work?
Aristocat is part of an extensive affiliate network with the world’s most reliable ground transportation companies. Even when traveling outside of Michigan, Aristocat will manage all of your logistics. We use a network of professional companies that adhere to our Service Level Agreement, Insurance requirements, and training standards. All affiliate companies conform to the Aristocat Transportation Mission Statement and put the customer experience at the forefront of each trip.
How do I set up a corporate account?

Can you handle a large group move?
With over 3 decades of experience, our team of transportation specialists know the questions to ask and what is needed to make your group move go flawlessly. Our checklist (link) helps ensure a stress free experience from initial arrival to final departure of your group.
How can I be assured Aristocat Transportation can provide the level of service required by my VIP clients?
Aristocat Transportation has been a top provider of VIP transportation since 1987 and goes to great lengths through chauffeur training and Service Level Agreements to ensure complete confidentiality, safety, and top level service for all VIP guests.
Is there a deposit or down payment on the vehicles?
Most services require a non-refundable deposit with the exception of corporate transfer and airport services. Large group transportation and bus reservations do require a non-refundable deposit. Please view our Terms and Conditions for vehicle specific requirements.
Do you provide baby seats?
Aristocat Transportation does not provide child seats for clients due to liability. Clients are welcome to bring their own.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Aristocat Transportation accepts cash, credit cards, and checks within two weeks of the reservation. Large corporate accounts may be eligible for direct billing. Please call for details.
When is the final payment due for a reservation?

When does the run start and end?
The run starts when the client enters the vehicle and ends with the final client exits. Travel time is charged when applicable based on the clients original pick up and final drop off locations. Please ask your reservation specialist for more information.
What if I go over time?
Aristocat Transportation charges by the hour and half hour. There is a 9 minute grace period before charges begin. Overtime is due and payable at the time of service or with an approved payment method on file.
Do you have an hourly minimum?
The minimum required hours for vehicle rental vary by date and vehicle type. Please ask your reservation specialist at Aristocat Transportation about minimum required hours at the time of booking.
How do I make changes to my reservation?
Please let us know in advance if you would like to make any changes to the routing, time, or duration of your reservation. Aristocat will process those changes and confirm them with you accordingly. All changes must be made via office phone with less than 24 hours notice.
How do I contact my chauffeur or driver?
Aristocat Transportation confirms all services with the client or booking agent. Most guests will usually receive their chauffeur details 12 hours prior to the start of their reservation. Corporate clients will receive an email after 4pm prior to the date of service with all chauffeur names and cell phone numbers upon request.
